      Pros

      The company treats it's employees with respect and care. You are recognized by what you do and how hard you work. The CEO knows each and every employee and speaks to them when the corporate team visits the communities every year.

      Cons

      There is really nothing bad to say, it truly is a great company to work for, wish I had never left.
