Pros
Reasonable income for the work. Employee experience with MAA depends largely on the direct supervisor (i.e. property manager). A good manager can make for a positive experience.
Cons
MAA has gone through many growing pains since its merger with Colonial. A lot of being asked to do more, with less. Quality has dropped as a result.
