      - stable income - provided benefits - decent PTO - tries to encourages diversity & inclusion

      Cons

      - dealing with the public - pay is below standard of living - not much mobility other than becoming property manager - high turnover for leasing/maintenance - corporation has no clue what’s really happening on properties - work weekends - no overtime granted
