Pros
Great entry level job if you're trying to get into leasing. Commissions are great at times. Great benefits. You can grow if this is something you see yourself doing for a long time.
Cons
You will be working long stretches at a time sometimes 10 days straight. And mostly weekends. Each property is different so every manager makes up their own rules. There is no type of grace period so if you're a commuter or live further from the property you might be setting yourself up. Can be overwhelming depending on the size of the property. You will be micromanaged. People can be extremely rude...which in property management it comes with the territory...but there will be days where you are completely over it.
