Pros
Commissions and office culture are great when management knows what they're doing. The apartment discount is a nice perk.
Cons
Base pay could be better so employees don't have to rely so heavily on commissions for a decent check. You work most Saturdays and don't get every major/observed Holiday (Juneteenth, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Black Friday, Dec 26th) off, so it leads to poor work/life balance.
