Horrible - Operations Support MAACO Employee Review

They sell franchises and offer no support. Franchisees are simply a revenue stream. My prior experience was selling auto parts and with one months training, the same sales training offered to new franchisees, suddenly I am supposed to offer franchisees operations support. No one on my team really has any collision shop expertise from the VP all the way to the frontline. Franchisees are on their own.
