      Pros

      Extremely strong leadership at CEO Level. Good benefits - still have a pension benefit. Nice co workers and environment. Great place to work if you get matched up with the right management.

      Cons

      Week intermediate namagement. No attention to the performace review.

      Pros

      My training received & experience gained allows me to "float" within the production warehouse. Being a quick learner, I have become quite efficient & enjoy the work.

      Cons

      It's slow, we used to work 50 hours a week, now we work 30, if lucky.
