      Some of the people are great. Amazing benefits.

      Cons

      Communication is terrible. More worried about numbers going out the door than quality, but want to complain about quality. Point system is terrible.

      Pros

      My training received & experience gained allows me to "float" within the production warehouse. Being a quick learner, I have become quite efficient & enjoy the work.

      Cons

      It's slow, we used to work 50 hours a week, now we work 30, if lucky.
