Pros
It's a good quality product compared to the other manufacturers in the market. They will build what you want and the end user can really customize the trailer to his trucking needs.
Cons
Exec Mgt is good ol' boys united and close family. Most managers are clueless, waste serious money and resources, cannot manage labor efficiently. Job and financial stability can not be relied upon due to poor company management. Supervision is encouraged to bullwhip production for results. A lot of the production personnel are not societies best!
