      Great Company! Good people, benefits and family oriented. Focused on development of oil processing facilities and the drilling program.

      Cons

      Due to EPA and water board issues coupled with the drop in oil prices the company has significant challenges to dispose of the produced water. Hierarchy development to include maintenance strategies for a functional fit for purpose CMMS is an ongoing concern.
