Mad designs has always surprised me with new challenges but then again also gave me equal number of opportunities to let me showcase my skills and my worth to the company. The greatest thing in this organisation is that you are really recognised for what you do.

There is no con as such other than a lot of work. But trust me no one can grow in their life if they don't feel the workload because that is actually the time when people start to manage the things around them. I've learned it in mad designs and I'm really proud of it
