Client satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do and MAD-HR goes above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy, but also their own staff are happy and healthy. As most of us established during the pandemic, homeworking has it's pro and cons. One of those cons is the lack of face-to-face team interaction, however MAD-HR are very conscious of this and will build in team days or job shadowing to help form strong relationships and knowledge sharing.
