Pros
there used to be some good colleagues, but they have all been chased out or let go due to a rather interesting new approach by the new global head, who is an "interesting" character. Canteen is OK, although how long before that goes as well?
Cons
the atmosphere sucks. Like a new manger in a soccer team there seems to be jobs being opened up for friends while capable and knowledgable people get let go or leave. I am lucky and have found myself somewhere, so like a rat, I am deserting the sinking ship.
