Pros
Work life balance Good and helpful colleagues in Denmark Decent policies. Some people are really experienced and helpful.
Cons
Too many reorgs. No serious projects, everything is PoC. No Job security in india. No good projects for software engineers. Too much bureaucracy to get a simple work done. Micromanagement in few teams in india. No one seems excited with the work they do because they know there is a reorg round the corner. Blame games are rife, if you are a new joinee you maybe the next victim of missed deadline. Only managers do denmark trips, if you are lucky you may get a chance. Maybe a year down the line things can be a bit better with so many new people coming in. There is a good chance you wont learn anything here.
