Pros
They actually give promotions unlike most security positions. They reward you based off your eagerness. I got a promotion to a supervisor position after 5 years of working. Which might seem bad but keep in mind I have zero qualifications for being a super except for my work experience in that job alone and they gave that to me due to being consistent and taking extra shifts. they actually gave a care about me and tried to make my situation better.
Cons
The employees tend to be pretty jealous and cut throat with eachother. if they dont like you they tend to try and make sure you dont get to climb the ladder. aka have good interpersonal people skills.
