Pros
Pay and benefits are great at MT. The wage is very competitive and there's a number of perks and small luxuries. There's definitely a lot of skilled and nice people working there.
Cons
Middle management are total rookies in management and extremely insecure. This combined with big thrust issues leads to some very ridiculous management decisions. After a lot of change in senior management, the new CEO has yet to make a integrated company, in fact most decisions seem to take away from the employees to add to the revenue. The company is a cold and brutal place, where politicking determines who gets a promition, not skills. People started to leave the company, without having another job, and that says pretty much everything about the state of the company right now.
