Pros
MAF has caring, responsible people who love what we do. We have a mission and fulfill it by doing what God wants us to do.
Cons
We work hard and sometimes don't see results until years later and this is a down side of working for the Lord. I don't see it as a down side, but you have to have perseverance and time to invest, so that the Gospel is shared.
