      Payment on time! Long term contracts for those who like to do longer contracts. Stipends- the more shifts you work, the mores stipends.

      Not having a clinical manager.

      Great benefits, incentive trips. The team is encouraging and the treatment of employees is amazing. WFH available.

      Pros

      Magnus HRS made my first travel nurse experience such a positive one. The onboarding was simple, communication was clear, and everything felt smooth from start to finish. My recruiter, Karlo M., was fantastic—helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Magnus HRS to anyone looking for a great travel nursing agency!
