      High investment in process technologies and automation Tuition reimbursement ~$5500 a semester Ties to Mahle Global and new focus on global competencies/production system being implemented.

      Cons

      Political system within plant management team. Poor production planning and communication with shop floor Very low hourly associate moral: 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week are common. Historically, Morristown plant communicates poorly with global team. High focus on short term (quarterly) results instead of long term success.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
