      Pros

      You’ll have a job and earn money. Experience will be invaluable.

      Cons

      Bad management. Horrible management. Appeared to be sexually discriminating. Mahle took over our plant and fired 3 of 4 women Managers. The entire staff in Germany were men - all of them. Don’t follow rules. Lie. Treat employees badly - cameras, took away chairs. Pay was low And they are firing people left and right, I presume so they can get fresh blood at a good rate. If I could give them zeroes, I would. Stay away!

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
