      Pros

      You make a lot of money from the long excessive hours 7 days a week. Cheap & good coverage Anthem health insurance. $25 a week & no co-pays for visits & prescriptions. Weekly pay. Education opportunities for advancement & education reimbursement.

      Cons

      Long excessive hours. Some supervisors & definitely upper management have Big heads w/ little brains on their shoulders. Union doesn't stick up for or represent employees too well. yeah, they'll defend you, but how hard depends on the Union Steward representing you, & ultimately the company ends up winning regardless. Forget knowing what a weekend is. YOU WILL be scheduled for every one of them regardless. & just general stuff wrong that annoys employees that you'll find with any manufacturing facility.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
