      Pros

      Average pay, some good employees.

      Cons

      Worst communication and attitudes in management ever. Was treated and talked (yelled at) to in ways I have never been in my nearly 20 professional years. They have a negative culture where many departments fight each other and try to put the blame elsewhere. Very openly dishonest to customer's and to top it off they won’t support their employee's. It’s sad to see the state of this business.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
