      I get to leave for a company that doesn't steal from me

      Cons

      This company uses state funded grants to pay for training for employees, but makes employees pay them for the cost of their classes before they exit the company. They are making THOUSANDS of dollars off the backs of their employees, from funding from the state!!

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
