      Pros

      Great colleagues, with a company that is really moving up in the auto industry. It is also probably one of the most stable companies in the auto industry.

      Cons

      Lots of younger management with minimal chance of advancement, pay is below industry until you reach management level.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
