Has the most ridiculous demands. Lecturers are needed to play multiple roles with only one salary. Expect them to break multiple labour laws. When u highlight it to the HR Department, do not expect any help as they as clueless as 5 year olds. Do not believe Google reviews as staffs are forced to write good reviews about the institution to increase the Google rating. If you are willing to work almost all weekends with no proper compensation, work under immense pressure with very little time for any work life balance, please apply.
