Unhealthy working life balance, Low salary, No appreciation, Long working hours, Weekend work is a must, even if u sick also u have to complete your work, if you warded/hospitalized you have to bring along your laptop, if you taking annual leave you will be questioned in front of many where you when, what you do in your holiday and why are you taking leave, HR will simple hold your salary without any prior notice more than 2 weeks. Overall totally waste.
