Anyone who enter this university will be treated like a slave, a money-factory for higher departments esp school of bioscience and pharmacy. They ask you to teach 10subjects, work during the weekends and if late once from 8am, you will receive warning email. They even capture you if you go back sharp at 5pm. No respect at all towards doctorate lecturer especially new hirers. They put all their families or friends colony for the position in the department regardless they have phd or not or if they qualify or not. I have seen such reckless, non-educated individuals holding such positions and lead people? Nonsense. They took for granted and bullied you to the maximum. The head don’t even know how to do module box. Complaint to the director? Useless. They protect among themselves and blame staffs, called the staffs as beggars and slave on their face. I hope one day this institution will shut down. Please don’t send your children here. No quality at all. Even the lecturers all been bullied, do you think they even care for the students? Pitied students, they complained but they kept all the complaints with them. Please again save your mental health, and avoid this money-maker place. Avoid at all cost.
