Pros
Downtown, good location, parking available, benefits and average pay. Most of the people that work there are easy to get along with and enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Do not take a job in operations unless you want to give your life to your job, expected to work around the clock and the director is just plain evil. If you issue a complaint to the HR department the individual you are issuing the complaint about finds out and will make your life miserable until you quit.
