Pros

Used to have good culture and benefits with employees appreciated.

Cons

If the clients let you go or push for harder budgets, they will just shift their workforce elsewhere to cut course.

Pros

- Welcoming (???) - Salary is decent, slightly competitive.

Cons

- Everything is very transactional. I honestly cannot imagine my career growing. - Limited job securit/Lack of long-term stabilityy. While I am classified as a full-time employee, I feel that my job security is still heavily dependent on client contracts. Since my role is tied to a specific client engagement, there is always the possibility that my position could be affected if the client decides not to renew or continue the partnership, regardless of my individual performance or contributions. This creates some uncertainty when it comes to long-term career stability and planning. - Limited flexibility and employee autonomy. In my experience, the company operates with very strict policies that leave little room for managerial discretion or trust-based decision-making. While I appreciate the emphasis on accountability, some policies can feel unnecessarily rigid. For example, employees are required to provide a medical certificate for a single day of sick leave, whereas many companies only require documentation for longer absences.

Pros

21 days leave, remote work

Cons

Most things have gone downhill. Removed yearly allowance, no career progression and increment with lack of transparency on how increment is determined
