I don't think there are any pros to working here.
Cons
Everything about this place. They'll treat you like garbage, fire you at random, force you to work outside of your scheduled hours, and withhold your paychecks due to the company being too broke to pay their employees. In 2016, employees didn't get tax documents until April. This place will do nothing positive for your career, and I highly recommend seeking employment elsewhere.
