Small company, slow to act at times

Fun place to work. Staff is pleasant. UK transplant employees can be difficult to deal with. Autopart is a questionable product.

More Autopart customers walk away before an implementation is complete. We hire kids who don't know the auto parts industry and customers get mad. Extreme lack of documentation. Lack of US leadership. We bring more and more people over from the UK trying to fix the software and install the systems. The U.K. Ego is way to big. They want the US auto parts industry to change to the UK way of doing business instead of adapting to the US way of doing business.
