Bit conservative mindset, decision making is not quick enough, salary hikes are not so big

Small office with a feeling of family. Everyone works very hard.

The work load is extremely high and the reward (salary, recognition, promotion) is lacking.. I feel that on site management does not reward or promote accordingly.
