Pros
Company is private and seems to be stable financially. Excellent benefits package. Decent pay for the position.
Cons
Recent changes in management have left a sour taste in a number of employees mouths. The fact that you can't retain any employees even with decent pay and great (affordable) benefits says a lot. A lot of turn over in both professional and hourly positions. Management can't seem to stay on any one task for any length of time. They take an employee survey and don't seem to take any actions based on the results.
