- Management isn’t qualified resulting in lack of judgment and fear of senior management, ultimately causing them to fight for their own position rather than supporting their team. - If your a young professional, get your few years of experience and bounce. There is no mentoring. No leaders. - You have big ideas to better the company? Great!
