      Pros

      ManTech has a lot of teams working on different things, some projects can be very interesting to work on. I am currently working on a small dynamic team that is fast paced.

      Cons

      My time here so far, I have not had a mentor, and people do not hold your hand in this company. Most engineers here have a lot of experience and typically are too busy to really give you any guidance, feedback etc
