      Pros

      I Love working at ManTech, working here makes me want to wake up in the morning and hit the ground running. ManTech cares about their employees, starting with Management/leadership are the best, always helping employees reach their goals. Flexibility, work and life balance are the best. ManTech is amazing, any time I have had a question or needed help I was provided assistance fast in a very professional manner and with a positive attitude.

      Pros

      ManTech truly understands how to welcome new talent. Over my 10-year career, I’ve been through several corporate onboarding processes, and ManTech’s is easily the gold standard. The recruiting team was transparent, responsive, and highly organized. When it came to onboarding, everything was streamlined, modern, and stress-free, allowing me to focus on getting up to speed rather than fighting bureaucracy.

      Cons

      It's a large government contractor, so expect the standard compliance and paperwork requirements, but the team makes it as painless as possible.
