Poor Communications and Low Salaries - Intelligence Analyst MANTECH Employee Review

Located at a customer site, very little communication with ManTech management. Don't feel part of ManTech, there to support customer. No growth, training, advancement, or salary increases. Some Program Managers have created hostile work environments and have threatened employees. Workers are treated like disposable commodities. PTO and 401k matching less then other comparable companies. Does not give us all the Federal holidays!
