Pros

Great coworkers and nice facility

Cons

Systems are horrible - complicated and frustrating. Spanish corporation - they implemented their system over the US system instead of investing the money to create a better system. IT works endlessly trying to maintain it but for the West Coast office it is still a nightmare. Management on WC is not good - they appear to be hiding the real issues from the East Coast office and the Spanish super management. A lot of good adjusters have left after getting frustrated and they are slow to replace people - which gives the rest of the adjusters an even greater workload. Pay is also lower than a lot of other companies and they do not do a good job of promoting from within.

Cons

Infrastructure is a little far behind. It can take weeks to get a piece of software installed. Also aggressive deadlines at times
