      Learn a lot, work with different people, organizations, and localities. Flexible, management does not micro manage you. Nice downtown location

      Cons

      Seems senior personnel are the only people who move up, no clear format on how to get promoted. Benefits great, pay is not

      Pros

      I have worked for Marc for almost 6 months and they really care about their employees. Also working with the people we serve brings joy every day, knowing that I am by their side as a friend, and as their job coach.
