      Outstanding technology and software product. The company is focused on transparency and building a great company.

      Cons

      This is a start-up and that comes with all the challenges of being a start-up in growth stage. Engineering will constantly be challenged and under pressure and we are running extremely lean.

      I have worked for Marc for almost 6 months and they really care about their employees. Also working with the people we serve brings joy every day, knowing that I am by their side as a friend, and as their job coach.
