Great Benefits, Great pay, and they supply everything but underwear.

Long hours must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Salary was good, large company with opportunities to move around or advance (if you know the right people)

Too much mandatory Overtime (3 of 5 shifts you may have to work a double), always short staffed, mgmt is biased and plays favorites. 2 employees can have the same infraction and receive completely different disciplinary action, if any. CAD system and other equipment is seriously antiquated. There is alot they don't tell you upfront during the hiring process. Hopefully things have improved since I left.
