Excellent Company - Anonymous employee MAS Home Care Employee Review

I am an employee of the Maine Homecare team! I have to say that my supervisor and scheduler are incredible! They truly care about the employees and our clients! They are more supportive than any other company o have worked for!

The biggest con that I find is pay and I know it is all tied to the state of maine reimbursement rates but it is difficult to support a family doing a job that I absolutely love for such a low rate of pay!

Plenty of hours available. Great clients. Very easy to schedule.

They pay very badly. Pay should be by experience, I made the same amount as someone who just started in this field.
