Pros
I have been with the company for a little over a year and have had great experiences. The company does offer some flexibility when it comes to your schedule. They offer health, vision, dental, 401k, and employee discounts. They have improved their hiring process and seem to be employing more high quality and kind people. I have never had a problem with anyone I work with. I have also noticed that they are working on putting more things in place to improve the work environment and prepare workers for their jobs. It is great to see a company that cares about their employees, just as much as their clients, working to make improvements where needed to keep their employees happy as well as growing the business.
Cons
Daily reporting for those not working on projects. I understand the need for reporting when you are working with remote employees and don't mind it, however, it can get a bit tedious/tiresome when it comes to those who do a million different things in one day and are not working on a client project for the week.
