      Really good management that is genuinely interested in their employees. A very relaxed atmosphere where work / life balance is very important. Although it is very relaxed, some of the best engineering work I've ever witnessed gets done each and every day.

      Pros

      Great at recruiting and placement. Keep in touch throughout assignment. Transparent. Generous pay. Decent benefit package.

      Cons

      Smaller company, though they seem to know what they're doing and have some large clients. Kind of lost touch after assignment ended. They could be better at lining up new assignments for current/past contractors.
