Pros
Small company and communication with all levels is easy and open. Challenging assignments and a variety of projects will keep you busy and engaged.
Cons
Requires relocation with every project, with very few opportunities to choose where you relocate to. Admin processes are difficult (e.g. travel planning / expense reimbursement). Sometimes you end up working long hours.
