      Great training, great technical experience and encouraging visions

      Cons

      At the time not very well managed, the small team was split in two which highlighted dynamics. Poor communication.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the staff and getting to know individuals from the other departments. The work culture was positive and I enjoyed talking over a game of pool or lunch on Thursdays.

      Cons

      To acknowledge a con mentioned, I haven't experienced any type of bullying culture. I feel like everybody treated each other with respect and got along well.
