Pros
Very professional workplace. If you studied in a field related to finance or accounting, most of the time they will hire almost anyone at the entry-level. Being the fact that there is so much work to be done in audit & tax, there is usually room for promotion in those departments. Company pays for relevant continued professional education
Cons
Very corporate feel. Extremely difficult work-life balance. Inflexible scheduling and long hours with little to no incentive (you could be on a 40-hour salary and work from 60-80 hours with no overtime). No clear path or goals for advancement in the company. Poor management structure (zero accountability within groups). Administrative faculty are treated poorly. Preferential treatment of certain employees. Pay is based more on favoritism rather than competitiveness
