Pros

1) Salary on time:-on exact 1st of every month. 2) Time Flexibility:- Flexible In and out time, not require daily 8-9 hours but only need to attend 42 hours per week. 3) Management:- Very good, celebrating all festivals with tge work. 4) Work Freedom:- You can improve urself on daily basis, you can learn all technologies as per your interest.

Cons

1)Multi reporting:-here we can learn multiple technology so if you want contribute in multiple things then also you have to deal with multiple managers so due to this it's very difficult to manage all works at same time. 2) HR is working hard to improve the policy structure but still require lots of work for this. Each policy is different per department per company so require one COMMON policy for all. Rules should be same for all employees. 3) Leave section is very important for all employees so 12 Leave per year is very less.

Pros

Very collegial environment among staff. They are very welcoming to new staff. The firm tries to make busy season enjoyable with after-hours firm events and necessary trainings. In spite of my comments below, I do think that HR is trying to make the firm an enjoyable place to work. I think Tony truly cares about the future of the firm, but is in a position that he is surrounded by yes (wo)men who are too afraid to tell him about the political BS that his partners are committing on the firm in the name of self preservation and paychecks.

Cons

The firm tries to give the appearance of concern for employees which sometime comes off as insincere, although much of the time it is sincere. They place too much focus 'Best Places to Work' surveys and not enough on actual employee concerns. Your career's success is dependent on the Partner that you work for. Does your partner specialize in an area that you don't but they like you, then you aren't switching specialties to your chosen specialty. Most people leave the firm because they do not feel that are being listened to. I've seen people leave at all levels because of this. Close to the lowest PTO in town, PTO only, no sick/personal days. Benefits are awful and health insurance is a joke unless you are young AND healthy with no dependents.
