      Pros

      Before my first day the communication with HR and the team I would be joining was amazing. I felt very welcomed. The job was as expected and as described in the advert so no surprises there. The work life balance is better than I have experienced elsewhere. I feel trusted which allows me to manage my work around other commitments and there is no questions around this. There are a lot of network opportunities personally and professionally.

      Cons

      In the short time I've been with the company it has been good. I can see it could benefit from being more agile, Overall a great place.

      An international company that gives you amazing opportunities for international exposure (either short or long term secondment in France, UK, Italy or Germany). Huge sense of belonging working in an innovative environment in order to develop, produce and deliver cutting edge technologies within our products for our nationals and export customers. Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.
