      The only thing I can think of is leaving.

      Bad management who are completely clueless. It’s hilarious they have being working on implementing MRP for years but the people leading it don’t have a clue how it works. I was relocated from another end of the country and basically lied to by the management about the role I would be undertaking currently, ideas stolen off me by one of the senior managers and passed off as his own disgraceful behaviour, I would not recommend these as a good company to work for they waste millions of pounds a year of tax payers money on dead inventory disgusting.

Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.

      Fantastic company to work for. Great Benefits. Relaxed Atmosphere 90% of the time.

      Cons

      Pay could have been much better. Not much room for growth.
